Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients
- 2.5 tsp Organic Hibiscus
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Lime wedge
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil. Pour over the organic hibiscus and steep for 7 minutes.
- While brewed tea is still warm, stir in honey.
- Allow tea and honey mixture to cool.
- Strain out the hibiscus and pour sweetened brew over ice.
- Gently stir in apple cider vinegar and soda water.
- Squeeze the lime wedge over top.
- Enjoy!
Note: If you prefer less pucker, reduce the amount of apple cider vinegar to 1-2 tsp. And, if you don't have apple cider vinegar on hand, simply add more fresh lime juice!
