We value every purchase and kind word and we're sincerely grateful for the trust you've placed in our small business to provide you with organic and fair trade certified loose-leaf tea and herbs.
This past year Arbor Teas has seen a lot of change. Along with many other businesses in 2025, we have been impacted by new and shifting tariffs, which have affected the pricing of our tea and teaware as well as the availability of many products. In June, we began the transition to our improved backyard compostable packaging including a shift to two sizes - “Small” and “Large." And in early October, we launched our updated website.
During this period of adjustment, we've been grateful for your support and your constructive feedback. We are listening! We understand many of our customers find comfort and stability in their daily cup of tea and we promise to continue to work hard to offer sustainable, organic teas for now and for years to come.
In this year of change, we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue to fill your cup with good tea and good cheer.
